How it works

Transparent from request to payment.

Every step is recorded. A job is only marked accepted when a real technician accepts it.

    Request

    Select a service, describe the fault, upload photos or videos, set your address and choose now or scheduled.

  2. 02

    Coverage check

    Requests open only in areas with active REE coverage. If no suitable technician is available, we tell you honestly.

  3. 03

    Matching

    Ranked by verified specialization, distance, availability, response time, completion rate, ratings and reliability. Admins can intervene.

  4. 04

    Pricing

    Fixed price for defined jobs. Inspection jobs require a quotation you approve before repair work starts. Labour and materials are shown separately.

  5. 05

    Completion

    Confirm completion, pay through supported methods and rate your technician. Disputes go to REE support.
